Os Gemeos’ Mesmerizing Exhibit
I keep saying that Brazil is killing it when it comes to producing colorful, imaginative off-the-cuff street art. Proving me right is the Brazilian twin duo Os Gemeos. They have an extraordinary exhibition running at The Museu Vale in Brazil right now. The works include multiple large-scale installations, mesmerizing sculptures, video and paintings that fill several rooms in the building.
Fermata, runs until February 11, 2012.

This photograph uses fluorescent dye to visualize the wake behind a rigid flat plate pitching about its leading edge. A vortex is shed from the plate twice in each cycle of oscillation.
